How do I use the 'toovoip' app to make calls?

The app will show you all your contacts from your phone (national and international contact numbers). When you make a call, it will connect through your internet connection (3G, 4G, LTE or wifi).

toovoip lets you avoid expensive roaming charges for calling from abroad. Using a WiFi connection from your hotel or a café you can make cheap calls to landlines or mobiles anywhere in the world.
